You can schedule a delivery through our website. Just let us know the service type (Next Day, Same Day, Rush, or Glide), and we’ll handle the rest.

We deliver until 10:00 PM, 7 days a week

For Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM.

For Rush Delivery & Glide Delivery, orders must be placed no later than 2:00 PM.

Pickups are scheduled based on the delivery service you select:

• Next Day Delivery: Picked up and sorted the day before delivery
• Same Day Delivery: Picked up before 1:00 PM and delivered before 4:00 PM
• Rush Delivery (< 2 Hours): Picked up and delivered within 2 hours (Orders must be placed no later than 2:00 PM)
• Glide Delivery (< 30 Minutes): Picked up and delivered directly, with no stops (Orders must be placed no later than 2:00 PM)

Glidex provides live tracking updates on every delivery. You’ll receive notifications from pickup to proof of delivery, so you always know where your package is.

We offer flexible delivery options based on your needs:

• Next Day Delivery – Sorted and delivered the following business day
• Same Day Delivery – Delivered before 4:00 PM (Orders must be placed no later than 1:00 PM)
• Rush Delivery – Delivered within 2 hours of pickup (Orders must be placed no later than 2:00 PM)
• Glide Delivery – Delivered directly, within 30 minutes of pickup (Orders must be placed no later than 2:00 PM)

All services include secure handling, tracking, and proof of delivery.

Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or incorrect information. We’ll notify you if your delivery is impacted, and you can check real-time tracking at any time.

If tracking hasn’t updated, the package may still be in transit or awaiting its next scan. Contact us directly — we’ll provide a live update right away.
